About this course

AI is showing up inside tools you already use, and it is changing how work gets done. The AI Shift helps you make sense of what is actually changing, what matters day to day, and how to respond without guessing. You will look at real workplace situations, like new AI features landing in your team’s workflow and needing to decide what to trust, what to verify, and what should change first. You will get an honest view of how AI affects jobs, including what raises or lowers AI exposure and why “safe” roles still come with trade-offs. Then you will move from awareness to action. You will assess your own AI exposure and build a personal AI-Excellence Plan you can use to guide skill-building and career moves. If you work in or with a venture, you will also create an AI Excellence Plan to understand how leading teams use AI differently. Practice packs help you prepare for the course test.
